No Ownership Transfer: Purchasing a premade product does not transfer ownership rights. You may not claim these products as your own, nor pass off any purchased products as created by you.
Prohibited Actions: Distribution, reselling, or use of our premade products for commercial purposes (e.g., make money from selling our products) is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in legal action.
Anti-Piracy: Downloading our products from third-party sources is illegal and subject to legal consequences if proven unlicensed.

Stripe: We accept payments through Stripe. This platform are chose for his security and convenience to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Online Delivery: Delivery of all products occurs online. Once payment is completed, premade products are immediately available for download. Access your purchased products using the "Download Now" button or a similar feature on our website.

Final Sales: All purchases of digital products are final. Given the nature of digital goods, they are deemed 'used' after download or opening. This unfortunately means we cannot offer refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered. We encourage customers to review the product details thoroughly before making a purchase.
Fraudulent Transactions: Any attempts to claim an authorized payment as fraudulent are taken seriously. If a chargeback is initiated against a legitimately made payment, such actions will be treated as fraud. Similarly, using someone else's payment details without their consent and any subsequent attempts by them to reverse the payment will also be considered fraudulent activity.
Recovery of Losses: In cases of fraudulent claims or chargebacks, we reserve the right to take any necessary actions to recover losses, including legal proceedings. These measures are crucial for protecting our business against fraud and ensuring the integrity of transactions.

Deposit and Refunds: To initiate a custom build project, a 50% deposit is required. If you cancel before work begins, 90% of the deposit is refundable. If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, refunds will be calculated at a rate of $15/hour/builder based on work completed.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion but prior to final delivery.

Exclusive Rights: Custom builds are exclusively created for you and will not be sold to others. Reselling the build is not permitted unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Revisions: Reasonable adjustments and revisions are included. Significant changes may incur additional costs.
Quality Commitment: If the final product does not meet our quality standards and management agrees, a 50% refund of the total cost is possible.

Grace Period: A 5-day grace period is allowed post-deadline for final adjustments without penalties.

Tiered Refunds: Post-grace refunds include:

Client Engagement: Refunds may be adjusted or waived if the client actively engages and approves progress post-deadline.
Maximum Refund: Capped at 60% of total project cost, ensuring fairness.
Client-Induced Delays: Delays due to client actions, like late feedback, negate refund eligibility. Changes impacting deadlines require mutual agreement.
Combined Refunds: If deadline and quality issues coincide, the maximum refund is limited to 70%.

Exclusive Channel: All communications regarding custom build projects must occur through our Discord server in private commission tickets.

Updates to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued engagement with our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
